Golf Cancellation Policy:
Groups under 11 players – 5 days prior to arrival
Groups of 12 - 23 players - 14 days prior to arrival
Groups of 24 or more players - 30 days prior to arrival
Lodge Cancellation Policy:
9 rooms and less - 14 days prior to arrival
10 rooms or more - 30 days prior to arrival
(each cottage is considered 4 rooms)

Cancellation Policy
We require advanced notice if you need to cancel or reduce the number of players in your party. Any players that are cancelled within the corresponding policy will result in a 100% per player cancellation charge.

Dress Code Policy
Denim is not permitted at any time. Gentlemen must wear a collared shirt.
Ladies must wear a collared shirt or golf-specific top. Tank tops and halter tops are not permitted.
Please Note:
Green fees include GPS-equipped golf cars and unlimited use of the practice areas. When needed, full cart covers, and heaters, are provided.
Tee times that have availability for additional players may be filled at our discretion.
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages and drones onto Arcadia Bluffs property. A guest who violates this policy will have the items confiscated and returned upon their departure from the Club.
Caddies:
Caddies are available upon request to further enhance your experience at Arcadia Bluffs. Please contact the golf shop for all caddie requests. Caddie services must be cancelled outside of the 48 hours prior to the tee time. Any cancellations within that period will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
LODGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rooms with a King bed are located in The Lodge. All rooms with 2 Queen Beds are located in the Bluffs Lodge.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm - Check-out time is 11:00 am Arcadia Bluffs is a Non-Smoking Facility
Please Note: Guests are prohibited from bringing their own kitchen appliances and drones onto the property. If discovered, you will be asked to surrender the items and may pick them up upon checkout.
Our Standard Rates include the following services and amenities:
- Breakfast.
- Unlimited access to private coffee stations.
- Access to our state-of-the-art Fitness Center.
- Unlimited use of our short game practice areas.
- Shuttle service to/from Manistee Blacker and Frankfort Dow Airports.
- Shuttle service between our golf courses.
- Wi-Fi Access.
- Golf club storage.
- Laundry service *fees apply.
Please Note:
Arcadia Bluffs expects all guests to follow a traditional golf attire dress code.
Pets are not allowed unless ADA approved.
Arcadia Bluffs logoed merchandise must be purchased through our Golf Shop.

Group Dining - Reservations are Required:
Dining reservations can be made for groups up to 8 guests at one table.
Reservations for groups 9 or more will be split into 2 tables.
Groups of 16-24 may require a limited menu.
Groups larger than 24 may require a pre-ordered menu and may require a private event space.
