AMENITIES & TERMS



We require advanced notice if you need to cancel or reduce the number of rooms and/or players in your party. Any cancellations made within the corresponding policy will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For tee times that do not require a deposit, the card on-file will be charged for the amount of each player cancelled.

Lodging cancellations apply for each night reserved and will be billed for each night cancelled if the rooms are not sold. The cancellation policy is based on the original number of players and rooms booked.


Golf Cancellation Policy:

  • 11 players and less - 7 days prior to arrival
  • 12 - 19 players - 14 days prior to arrival
  • 20 or more players - 30 days prior to arrival

Lodge Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 rooms and less - 14 days prior to arrival
  • 8 rooms or more - 30 days prior to arrival

(each cottage is considered 4 rooms)


Golf Cart Lease Agreement

It is expressly understood and agreed that no right of action whatsoever shall accrue to the lessee for damages of any kind whatsover, whether to person and/or property, and/or for loss of time and/or damage, arising from the use of, operation of, or in any way connected with the said property or any part thereof, from whatever cause arising. Lessee agrees to hold all parties free and harmless from all such damages. The lessee agrees to pay or reimburse the lessor for all charges incidental to all breakages, shortages, or damages, other than ordinary wear, to said property, during the term thereof.

AGREEING TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS INDICATES YOUR INTENT TO PAY FOR ANY SERVICES AND/OR FINANCE CHARGES AS AGREED.


Dress Code Policy

Denim is not permitted at any time. Gentlemen must wear a collared shirt.

Ladies must wear a collared shirt or golf-specific top. Tank tops and halter tops are not permitted.

Please Note:

Green fees include GPS-equipped golf cars and unlimited use of the practice areas. When needed, full cart covers, and heaters, are provided.
Tee times that have availability for additional players may be filled at our discretion.
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages and drones onto Arcadia Bluffs property. A guest who violates this policy will have the items confiscated and returned upon their departure from the Club.


Caddies:

Caddies are available upon request to further enhance your experience at Arcadia Bluffs. Please contact the golf shop for all caddie requests. Caddie services must be cancelled outside of the 48 hours prior to the tee time. Any cancellations within that period will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

All rooms with a King bed are located in The Lodge. All rooms with 2 Queen Beds are located in the Bluffs Lodge.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm - Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs are not permitted and subject to additional fees.

Arcadia Bluffs is a Non-Smoking Facility.

Please Note: Guests are prohibited from bringing their own kitchen appliances and drones onto the property. If discovered, you will be asked to surrender the items and may pick them up upon checkout. Our Standard Rates include the following services and amenities:

  • * Access to our state-of-the-art Fitness Center.
  • * Unlimited use of our short game practice areas.
  • * Shuttle service to/from Manistee Blacker and Frankfort Dow Airports.

Arcadia Bluffs expects all guests to follow a traditional golf attire dress code.

Arcadia Bluffs logoed merchandise must be purchased through our Golf Shop.

Group Dining - Reservations are Required:

Dining reservations can be made for groups up to 8 guests at one table.

Reservations for groups 9 or more will be split into 2 tables.

Groups of 16 or more may require a limited menu.

Groups larger than 24 may require a pre-ordered menu and may require a private event space.

Food delivery to the Cottages is available.
